Colin started in the trade at an early age learning all the traditional chef skills. Some of his experiences include: running his own fresh pie shop; General Manager and Head Chef of an Exclusive Private Gentlemens Club and Senior Facilities Manager at a National Sports Centre and sat on the National Comittee for Sports Nutrition.
Enjoys motorbikes and swimming.
Rachel achieved an honours degree in Hotel & Catering Management. After this, she managed a cocktail bar and then proceeded to become a Catering Skills Trainer for a national bar and restaurant group. She has worked as a chef for various pubs, hotels and restaurants and also spent 18 months as a relief chef for ourselves before coming to work in the office March 2005 as a Consultant. She was made a Director of Full Circle Employment Agency Ltd in 2012.
Enjoys concerts, swimming, going to the gym and pink wine!
Nadja graduated with an honours degree in Hospitality Management, from which she gained work experience in patisseries, branded restaurants and then became Events Catering Manager at Newmarket Racecourse. She has worked in catering recruitment for many years.
Nadja now runs Full Circle Employment Agency Care Division – Full Circle Nursing and Care Agency.

Craig trained as a chef at West Notts College straight from school and has been in the hospitality trade ever since. Craig has worked has a Head Chef in many high end restaurants and for several hotel chains as well as independent establishments. Every Tuesday for four months Craig could be heard on Mansfield 103.2 radio regaling the listeners in his twenty minute slot to the latest recipes, seasonal food and reviews of other chefs dishes in the area. Craig was on our relief chef team before he joined us in the office in February 2013.
Enjoys football, family life and socialising
Jane spent over 20 years working in the bank sector before deciding to take her substantial administrative skills and try something new. She joined us in 2006 and operates our payroll and sales ledger service, as well as supporting the team with administrative work.
Enjoys painting, cross-stitch and travelling.
Russ went to West Notts College straight from school to do a NVQ in Hospitality Management then subsequently training to become a chef. Russ has been a chef working at every level of the industry. He then obtained a degree in Business Management via the Open University.
Showing his versatility Russ then trained as a support worker obtaining all the necessary certificates to work in this very demanding sector. Russ worked for Full Circle in his capacity as a chef on a part time basis so when the position of a consultant came up we asked Russ to join us in the office as a consultant.
