It doesn't matter whether you are a self employed relief chef or on PAYE to be registered with Full Circle as an agency chef.
Pay Rates
This does vary dependent on the booking and level of temp chef required by the client. The pay rate is quoted to you per booking.

Working As A Relief Chef
This division is run by Colin Thornton, former Head Chef and General Manager and Rachel Wood, previous in-house trainer. Having worked in the catering industry ourselves, we understand and appreciate what is needed to work as a relief agency chef. Our aim is to match the most appropriate assignment to you as an experienced agency chef, giving you the right kind of work, and the client the right standard of temporary chef.
Assignments for our temp chefs vary greatly and are mainly in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire areas. We also have live-in chef positions which are Nationwide and can last from 2 weeks to a full season and beyond.
We need relief chefs in Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire. We have work in other areas as well.
For work in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire areas, your own transport is pretty much essential, as most of the assignments would need you to commute on a daily basis.
We have an excellent reputation for our service and the quality of chefs we provide. We only recruit those temporary chefs that have a passion for food, are committed, flexible, have the correct attitude and are not phased by a busy kitchen. All chefs will be fully referenced prior to being offered work.
