Peter Ward MREC – Director & Company Secretary
Aged 43
Peter began working in the hotel trade at 16 yrs old. 11 years and much training later, he left the chain and became General Manager of a country house hotel. He has worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years now and still advocates it as a great place to work. He is also the Chairman of the Nottinghamshire STARS organisation.
Enjoys music, gardening, ten-pin bowling and on-line shopping!

Aged 57
Colin started in the trade at an early age learning all the traditional chef skills. Some of his experiences include: running his own fresh pie shop; General Manager and Head Chef of an Exclusive Private Gentlemens Club and Senior Facilities Manager at a National Sports Centre and sat on the National Comittee for Sports Nutrition.
Enjoys motorbikes and swimming.

Nadja Kerr MREC – Director
Age 39
Nadja graduated with an honours degree in Hospitality Management, from which she gained work experience in patisseries, branded restaurants and then became Events Catering Manager at Newmarket Racecourse. She has worked in catering recruitment for 10 years.
Enjoys skiing, well did until she scared herself silly!!

Rachel Wood MREC - Senior Consultant
Age 31
Rachel achieved an honours degree in Hotel & Catering Management. After this, she managed a cocktail bar and then proceeded to become a Catering Skills Trainer for a national bar and restaurant group. She has worked as a chef for various pubs, hotels and restaurants and also spent 18 months as a relief chef for ourselves before coming to work in the office.
Enjoys concerts, swimming, going to the gym and pink wine!

Jane Halford - Accounts/Payroll Department
Age 49
Jane spent over 20 years working in the bank sector before deciding to take her substantial administrative skills and try something new. She joined us in 2006 and operates our payroll and sales ledger service, as well as supporting the team with administrative work.
Enjoys painting, cross-stitch and travelling.
