Some people do not take to the Agency but lots do. The ones that do enjoy the variety it has to offer and experiencing different places. Another advantage is that if you don’t want to work or need time off for say a family party you can take it. All you need to do is tell us when you are able to work and when you aren’t and we book your work in around that.
You can also choose how you get paid; you can either go on PAYE or be paid through an Umbrella Company or form your own Ltd Company and be paid through that. If you opt for PAYE you also accrue holiday pay for each hour you work which is saved for you each week. Known as the “holiday pot” amongst our staff. Our pay rates are competitive and vary according to the role required.
