The sun is finally shining! Its starting to feel like Summer! Just a little reminder to all the Chefs and Kitchen Assistants out there make sure you stay hydrated if you are working in a hot kitchen. Try and drink lots of water or other fluids such as herbal teas or fruit juice or snack on foods with a high water content such as Melon, Strawberries, Cucumber or Celery. Staying hydrated will help keep you at the top of your game!
